Usroblow 300 – Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg tablet is used to treat gallstones, primary biliary cholangitis (an autoimmune disease of the liver), excess cholesterol in the bile, and children above 6 years old with biliary and liver diseases caused by cystic fibrosis.
Usroblow 300 contains ursodeoxycholic acid, which helps decrease the production of cholesterol in the blood, thereby dissolving gallbladder stones composed mainly of cholesterol. Ursodeoxycholic acid has a protective effect on the liver cells from injury caused by toxic bile acids and improves liver function.

Treatment for Cholestatis: Usroblow 300 is usually recommended to treat pregnancy-related cholestatis, a disorder marked by decreased bile flow that usually results in elevated blood bile acids.

Directions for Use

Do not take more than the prescribed ones as it can lead to the overdose of Ursodeoxycholic acid. This may result in diarrhea. If you think you have taken an overdose or notice signs of overdose, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
Drug Warnings
Do not take Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets if you are allergic to any of its contents or if you have an inflammation of the gallbladder and bile ducts, calcified gallstones, biliary colic, narrowing or blockage of bile ducts, improper constriction of the gallbladder, or gastric or duodenal ulcer.
Inform your doctor before taking this medicine if you have variceal bleeding, ascites, live encephalopathy, or liver disease. Also, seek your doctor’s attention if you want to take this medicine with other medications like antibiotics.
Avoid drinking alcohol while having this medicine as it can lead to drowsiness and dizziness.
