Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

 Cohiba Pharmaceuticals is committed to delivering the right medicines and products in perfect condition with each order. We strongly recommend that all items are inspected by the customer at the time of delivery.

Definition

A “Return” refers to the process of returning a product ordered from Cohiba Pharmaceuticals’s portal by the client. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product(s) delivered do not match the original order.
  • The product(s) delivered are expired or near expiry (defined as having less than 3 months until expiry).

📌 Note: If any product is received in a damaged condition, the customer must report it in writing to the delivery personnel at the time of receipt.

In such situations, Cohiba Pharmaceuticals will evaluate the Return/Refund request. If found genuine, we will initiate the appropriate action after confirmation from the concerned sales team.

⚠️ Unjustified or frivolous complaints may lead to legal action, and the customer will bear any costs incurred by Cohiba Pharmaceuticals.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are not accepted for incorrectly ordered products.
  • The batch number on the returned product must match the invoice.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags, barcodes, and invoice intact.
  • Partially used products are not eligible; only fully unopened items qualify for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Visit www.cohibapharma.com and use the chat option between 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  2. Our sales team will verify your claim within 72 business hours.
  3. Once verified, you will be instructed to return the product(s).
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of reverse pickup (if applicable).

Refund Process

If your return claim is valid, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • For orders placed via an online wallet, Refund will be credited to the same wallet.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be issued through a direct bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
