Franchisee Agreement
Franchisees are required to operate strictly within the assigned territory. Any breach of territorial boundaries may result in immediate termination as per the signed franchise agreement.
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate and updated information regarding our products. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of product details at all times.
Payment Policy
All payments are to be made on an advance “To Pay” basis. No credit facilities are extended. Payments must be deposited into the company’s designated bank account before any invoice generation or dispatch.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Panchkula, Haryana, India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained beyond this period.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or packaging issues. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days using the original mode of payment.
Return Policy
Products with verified manufacturing or packaging defects may be returned within 30 days of the billing date. Returned items will be adjusted against future orders. Cash or cheque refunds are not permissible.
Payment Flow
Order Placement
An invoice outlining the total payable amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be generated once the order is placed.
Payment Gateway
Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or direct bank transfers.
Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address upon successful receipt of payment.
Shipping
Products will be shipped only after the payment has been successfully confirmed.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided during the order process. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information.
